What issues do you struggle with? I would love to talk with you about them. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family conflict, relationship issues, parenting issues, then I am here to listen, support, and provide tools and techniques to help you. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I see people age 6 and up in the office, and people age 12 and up via telehealth, if preferred.
